I think you're onto something with the helicopter controls, but they need some refinement. Every so often I would hit the ground, but the game wouldn't enter a game over state. Instead, I got stuck there like a beetle on its back and had to manually reset. :(
A bit of sound would have been nice--even if you don't put a huge amount of work into it, it always helps the game world come to life.
Nice mechanics, can see this fleshing out into a cool game. It's really easy to get stuck on the ground, would be good to have a way to restart when that happens. Would also be nice to know which direction to go. Once those are in there I can see you churning out more levels and/or more mechanics to make this pretty cool.
Nice little game. I enjoyed flying, the first time I was on a journey through the stars before remembering to pick up stuff . The helicopter not changing orientation towards the right was a little unintuitive, however good attempt.
Altho gameplay didn't work, flying mechanic was nice and intuitive. Also the stars in the background moving at different speeds were really nice.
I am confused what to do. I picked up the boxes then couldn't find the drop off point. but the controls are really nice and hard to get good with.
Thanks, some objects just disappeared on export from the level editor for no reason. Readded them.
Ok. Replayed it. The art was really cool as well.
