i have exactly the same problem even to this day. i tried to download it earlier this month, but the issue apperantly is still remaining :'( i will try to download it on my laptop to see if there are any issues on the other platforms and reply again
EDIT (23rd of August 2024): Okay, it works on Windows just as good as it was on mobile. If you have PC or laptop, try it.
