For newer players, this is a work-in-progress of all characters that are unique and customisable and how to meet them. This does not confirm that they possess any special route or narrative to pursue. Non-customisable characters, such as the professors, are not included. (Note: customisable characters are only marked as customisable if you have that setting on in the options, but it's not required to find them in the world).


University Students

  • The BFF (prologue)
  • The Roommate (prologue)
  • The Roommate's Partner (met randomly one morning)
  • The Chipper Student Advisor (the tour guide from the bus tour)
  • The Resident Advisor (so far only encountered randomly)
  • The Classroom Admirer (met by attending class)
  • The Classroom Harasser (met by attending class)
  • The Rich Kid (unconfirmed)

I've seen stuff about the Dorm RA in the comments, but never met them myself.

Sports Teams (Work In Progress)

  • E-Girl/E-Guy (E-Sports team, gender variation unconfirmed)

  • The QuickieBurger Coworker (same as above, not sure if I got their title right)
  • The Arcade Denizen (met after learning about special side bets)
  • The Parasocial Fan (met via a random town event after getting streaming popularity or at the River Rat)
  • The Tattoo Artist (met only by going to the tattoo shop, afaik)
  • The Piercing Specialist (as above)

You've got an excellent list! I would point out that customizing NPCs requires you to check "Allow Customization" in the Options menu.

Things that can currently be customized for NPCs are: skin color, hair color, eye color, hair style, hair length, fashion style, breast & penis size, butt size, height, plumpness, and muscle.

You cannot change a NPC's gender, that would kind of break things XD

We're looking into the ability to change an NPC's name and will add it in a later update.

Also due to the way NPC generation works, you are highly likely to see several of these NPCs just in the course of normal gameplay. For one of my characters the Quickieburger Organizer is also on the cheerleading team, and you can often find non-student Special Town NPCs at the River Rat.

Oh, I know that you can't customise NPC genders, but the world generation will usually draw from the male/female/nonbinary selections and the player character's sexuality, there, so I'm basing that particular comment on a slight assumption. And most of these characters will be met via normal gameplay, but it's better to have a list of all the characters and not need half of 'em, than to want to find characters you might be missing but only have an incomplete list to go off of. 

It's still an incomplete list, so there's probably still characters missing, and I'm mostly just making it for the heck of it, so slightly incorrect stuff is fine by me lol. When I say 'meet' I usually mean 'they have a storyline they are mainly associated with', as usually you can find several of the student characters just out and about during the day (that's how I found out about the Well-Meaning Athlete, for example). The QB Organiser is also on the cheer team for me, but since she has a storyline there, and that's the title she has, then that's how you would technically 'meet' her.
