I used Unity with a PS1 shader to simulate the dithering effects.

It felt a little confusing at first to what I had to do from the U.I. You also only have a limited amount of rewards that you can pass out, you can't do anything else besides watch the knight slowly loose interest once you give him all the rewards (maybe have it so you can give him the same weapon art but with better stats?) and the "girls" art is oversexualized for my taste. However cool idea, and I like the animations and the "touch grass" loosing screen made me laugh!
Got the hang of it at the end but was a little overwhelmed at the beginning (maybe slowly introduce new powers over the scale of the game?). Towards the end there were so many clouds I lost mine lol, but when I was successfully blocked sun light while destroying crops and blowing away rain clouds it felt really fun!
Cool characters designs/art however I had to take a look back at the game page to understand how to play, also the strengths and weaknesses were kind of hard to understand what they correspondent to. The bounties are cool but it was hard to remember what each character's strength and weakness was and becomes even more difficult when you have two of the same character. Overall good concept and art but hard to understand gameplay.
