Youtuber DelightfulKissBoy published an interview with Mike Klubnika

Works out of the box for me on Ubuntu.

Mark "Buckshot Roulette.x86_64" as executable and double-click it to launch. Or in console: chmod a+x "Buckshot Roulette.x86_64" && ./"Buckshot Roulette.x86_64"

If it doesn't run you might be missing Vulkan libraries: sudo apt install libvulkan1

The game uses Vulkan API instead of OpenGL or Direct3D. You may have to update your drivers. On Linux you should have libvulkan installed.

Great and affordable game. The Linux version runs without any issues!

A 64 bit build would have been nice too. I also hope he's going to release a similar game in the future.

Can you publish a Linux release like you did with the first game?

I took the time to play through this on Windows. This game is a real gem, extraordinary beautiful! I wish there was more to explore. I hope the Linux issues won't discourage you from publishing future games for multiple platforms. Keep up the good work!

I'm on Ubuntu 16.04 too and have the same issues.

However it seems to depend on the settings. The only setting I've checked that works without issues is 720p windowed with quality "OK". Higher resolutions, fullscreen or quality "BEST" gives me flickering or no picture at all.

I like this a lot. I would love to see more levels for this game :)
