Thank you! You can follow Gunbolt Studio profile (gunbolt.itch.io), I will release the complete game in a few months, it will feature more stages, more monsters, new abilities, new stats to upgrade, new bosses.

Thank you ExiledDonuts for the excitement about Rebound. This year a new Rebound game will be released here: https://gunbolt.itch.io/rebound-cursed-woods. I’m on middle/end stage of development. It will contain more stages, more enemies, more bosses, new abilities, more upgrades.

Thanks.

When you hit an enemy, you lose HP (this isn’t clear, I know, I need to improve the lost hp feedback). The def stat decreases the damage received. The damage received cannot be less than 1, so the minimum damage received will be always 1. The def stat is useful against enemies further down the level, they atk stat is higher, then if you defence is higher, they will inflict less damage.

Thank you for playing

Thank you so much for the kind words.

Thank you very much. The project is kind of on hold because I have other priorities, but I intend to come back soon, I have a lot of cool ideas to improve the game’s addiction.

Thank you very much, BurbleGames. This encourages me to improve the game. If you liked the game right now, I think you will really love what I’m planning to the final version. Thanks again.

It was frustrating to control the spaceship, I think with some tweaks the controls can be improved. I missed the starfishes on radar too, it would be great. I was confused when fuel ran out because there was no game over screen. But it’s a nice idea that can be improved with other mechanics.

Very bold of you to create a complex system like this. I liked the idea, it reminded me a bit of the Kingdom series. I couldn’t survive for one night after 2 runs, my workers didn’t gather resources so I couldn’t build more towers, my 2 wood towers was destroyed by the dragons. I think with more polish this can make a really cool game.

Thanks you IDM, I’m glad you loved, we are planning an extended version with all feedback received + the ideas we didn’t have time do add + QoL (joypad support, tutorial, more languages, pause button, etc).

I loved this game. Original concept and well done. Very fun. Only bad thing I can say is: I missed a button to restart level.

I think the game was too hard but it was fair. The controls are precise, so with a little patience, it can be beaten.

Thanks. I agree with you. My idea was to show “First wave”, “Second wave”, … “Last wave” to give a feedback to the player about game progress, but the time was short. Thanks for playing.

Yeah, I didn’t have time to add a proper tutorial in-game, so I added a short instruction to itch.io page. The final result is far from the initial concept, so I’m working on an update with QoL and other changes. Thanks for playing, and thanks for the feedback.

It was frustrating to restart level after falling, but it is a cool game with nice concept.

Beautiful art. There is a problem with firefox showing background art but on safari worked fine.

Great sound, great art, nice job adding an easy difficulty. My frustation was losing bettles after taking damage, but I think this is the game challenge.

Nice job. It was hard to get used to controls but hook mechanic is always complicated to code.

Cool idea. It was hard to understand at first, but I got it after some failures. The restart button could be pressed with keyboard key.

Bold of you to make a 3D game in a short time. This game remembers me the first PC games I played. Nice job. I couldn’t finish because everything is too far and everytime my power/oxygen ran out and I had to start over.

Yeah, the gameplay can be improved, we had to cut a lot of ideas because the time was short. Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you very much.

Thanks. Yeah, the first idea was a minimap on corner but i couldn’t implement it in time. But a zoom out could solve.

Thank you for playing. Yeah, We could add a tutorial but we didn’t have time. The dots are UI indicators showing incoming meteors (my original ideal was a minimap on upper right, but again, we didn’t have time.

Thank you, Ripper302

Thanks for playing

Thank you. I couldn’t win too, it’s too hard.

Thanks, Delpire.

It was very fun to play, great challenges, nice art, original idea. I loved.

I was hoping to win Graphics category, but this art is in another level. This game is a complete experience, a finished product. Nice job.

The earth in background art is great, I find it hard to control the character, the bats has a lot of HP, I couldn’t make much progress. But it’s fine for a first game jam, keep going.

Great game. It was fun to play. I finished all the 5 stages (just two moon in each run). Nice sound, sound effects, challenging in the right measure.

I’m not sure if I understand the main goal (even with all the readings), but it is a cool game, nice sound, great art, good sound ambience, e excellent accessibility (custom input map and two languages avaiable), thanks.

Mom expressions are the charm. Very nice game, it was fun to play this game.

Cool game. Very unique, nice ambience sound, good art, and good job on tutorial, helped me a lot.

Hey, we had almost the same idea, but still our games are different =p. Nice art and sound effects.

Great enviroment visual, and the music fits well. The car sprite can be improved when drifting. I couldn’t understand the objective too.

Sorry for the delay in answering you. This bug is strange, it’s the second time I hear about. I think it can happen if the character is too fast (but really too fast), then walls cannot process the collision. Thanks for reporting, I think I can solve placing a force outside the screen pushing him to center of the screen. Sorry for the problem, you have to reload the page and start from begging =/.

Thanks for feedback, RainbowHell. For sure these suggestions will be implemented for the full game.

Thank you very much, Henzir.
