Thanks I want to deal with those jumping through platform. The problem there are the moving ones that was the first time I tried to do them and got much stuff wrong.

The jumping from climb should be an easy enough fix. Glad you shared your feedbacks it's not a finesse platformer or anything but having a way to get a better feeling is much needed.

I'll let you know when the update it's up! :D

Glad that you enjoyed! I love those games and are of great inspiration in making this. I'm curious about what did you find annoying about the platforming, I'm actually remaking some parts of it  so I'm interested in feedbacks.

Speedcat level design is so awesome. Speedrunner labyrinth, finding the best path is gonna take awhile

Loving this. I'm in awe at the artstyle I would love to know more about the world

 I'm really digging it though I fall every two steps ;_;

Yeah I feel a bit of remorse locking the skill and not having from the get go.

As for that bug I don't know. Were you on some water particles? Or it just get stuck in the terrain?

Eggcelent! Really fun platformer. I saw some inspiration from Pizza Tower wich I digged a lot! The mode switch was great and I loved the little backtrack you need to get everything. Wishing for some more levels I love the vibe

Yeah I kinda regret having the water gun available from the get go.

Glad you enjoyed!

First round I was demolished by my own spells. The second run I learnt how it works and casted a lot the fireblast, cyclone and the other tornado and got me to the win. The AI works well other then sometimes it get stuck in some walking cycle and don't cast spells. I would love to see it like a story mode with smaller enemies to defeat and lure into magical traps I really like your magic system you have here it feels very different from others while being intuitive.

Great stuff.

Yeah I kinda merged the two modes without clear distinction some chaotic stuff my emerge. I wanted to make it a bit more clear when the big Swarm actually come in but didn't made in time. Glad you enjoyed!

(1 edit)

An honor. Let's go!

Yeah I will have to look on that one, I stubbornly stucked on the Crab guy being a boss and made the first minutes kinda confusing though it was all too have a cool charachter presentation wich I'm glad you liked as all the efforts went mostly into that! I'll have to look into GemCraft as it may give some ideas how to do it better.

Thank you for the tip and for playing!

Don't get me wrong the flow of levels was really good just pointing out that the big levels were extremely interesting and would love to see more of that!

I find it really cool and haven't had a problem that it wasn't tutorialized actually! I'm all for discovering mechanics myself

Yeah I have played with that setup but an option would be cool.(not to bothered by controls myself, just found only that as a nitpick !)

So cute. Loved the charachters and the screen world. There's a lot to unravel and reference to find, it has personality in spades(I loved the Mega,Kilo and Nano charachters). The farming simulutation is a nice idea as a main mechanic although I still don't understand why some items glitch out (is it due to the expiration time only or there's something else?).

Great entry and I 'll have to do another run because my speakers died just before starting the game :(

At first I was really confused at why one should switch the weapon off and then it all clicked. It adds a great depth to the game and make for a late game where you have to manage the resources carefully. The presentation is awesome with a very distinct look and a readable  game scene. Well done!

I double down on the switch key with the some button and maybe having another key for the dash (the J felt really far). Great main mechanics and interesting take on a platformer I did really like some of the unusual layout you used in the platforming. Loved the look and the atmosphere.

Loved it some of the puzzle felt really open to solve and some tight. Good alternation and it kept adding variants. Really impressed. I loved the last few big levels and I would have loved to see a few more like that(of the open kind cause the big ones were of the tight types with the bunnies)

Love the setting and the visuals. Gameplay is cool but some hitboxes and jumping need some refinement, the combat is great and I loved to freeze and snap those chefs. Hated spiders but felt challenging with them even with op special move.

This was really fun take on rts and way to make some satire! Loved it.

Personally I enjoyed the puzzle levels a lot I loved all the small micro decision you have to make there and the trick that you have to acknowledge. The rts part due to your way of highlighting gave me anxiety as micro tons of stuff is why I stopped playing rts but I like the way you settled for small skermishes and with a pause botton where you can issues some chain of commands I think it would be a really nice experiment.

Great stuff I loved the presentation too and the lots of menus to explore.

Great style and I liked like it was a bit of more action instead of straight turn based! Is other levels accessible right now or there's one floor? I cleared it all but could not find an exit

Glad you appricieted that it was something I wanted to do and add some characheters and vibe to games and has been the focus of this jam for me.

Thank you for playing !

Thank you for your post. I was still struggling as to ease up the starting moments I'm still on the fence if I would have given the water pistol right off the bat too let the player get more easily acquitened with the world. The UI was my "first" as I never done it and it's a bit of mess ahah

Incredibly well done. The look is really awesome it reminded me of Binding of Isaac and Hollow knight while being completely different and with it's own style.

After the boss I was eagerly waiting to swap in and off a new rune and create a different build but that was too much to ask for the Jam! Great work I found these two stone has a really good sinergy as I was using the pull to group up the enemies and then getting up close to swipe them and stun them. Looking foward to new updates!

Cool base idea for the game and awesome art. Loved piloting the frogmech around but as noted the only way I could deal with enemy waves was with the big mode crushing them the other hitboxes were to inefficent to hit and clear the waves.

Great mechanic with the mode switch that allow for a really neat gameplay. Some races get really dynamic even without things like drifting or jumps. Clever way to do a lot with little. Good production with menus and tracks!

Very original. Loved the way all the pieces fit toghether. I think I had a problem with wife messages as I could respond then on setting on the plane mode and back it did not prompt the message again. Happened only with the wife app.

Great looking and cool story!

Really love the look and going around the island. The way the puzzle and scenes are interconnected toghether is a marvel. Love the filter you used!

Good take. I felt this was halfway of a beat em up and shumps. The difficulty curve was nice and the gameplay progression felt good but I would take a look at the powerups as I was incentivized to only upgrade my gun wich was so immensely powerful respect to the other.

Love your spin on the mario bros mode. It's quite puzzling sometimes wich way to go and how the new form change your track. Technically is working perfectly with seamless transition from point to point.

Looking good

Thank you is something I wanted to focus on and it's cool to ear that!

I wanted to tell a bigger story with the setup but didn't make in time. (though some of that is still there)

Yeah I haven't explained that to well. You have to beat the  crab by knocking him down with water and then hopping on his head.

Great take on the futuristic race. Really digging the aestethics and the vibe

If you sparkle in some more management stuff and gen creation this can be some new kind of stuff.

My boy Waldo carried all the matches by being the first survivor

Awesome played it a lot really fun one. The only thing that I didn't like was the way upgrades dropped very randomly and could brake a run due to rng. Great stuff if you iron out stuff out this is a banger

not edible thogu

First playthrough I was  fumbling around keyboard and mouse and never tought that I was doing nothing. After the second play I find my self homeless

Thank you. Yeah it was a design decision to let the player research how things works in the game there's a little computer that do the tutorial but I forgot to mention some parts even in there. Very bad at tutorializing
