El culto mas que un final lo veo mejor como un area oculta desbloqueable, pues mas que un final veo como "trucos" para la jugabilidad(poner huevos de oro/dragón, inversión de géneros, vendetta y dominación "aunque podría convertir a eso malos en mujeres para la rura alfa" y lo del placer de la cabra uno de los metodos para ganar "favor/moneda de cambio) y otros cambios mas a futuro.
Dar mas acceso a otras áreas como la clinica del ginecólogo, como otro punto de trabajo.
El ring de boxeo y el apartamento del ex(disponible si se tiene una alta relación con el cónyuge y se a saldado la cuenta)

Well unfortunately I don't have the knowledge or the resources.
However, I will tell you what both ideas are about.
There is no such thing as courage potions, this is actually a failed alchemical project (essence of Berserker) this is made with physical remains and fragments of the soul of a Berserker who was brought to misfortune by a friend (yes a reference to berserk) this is divided into ampoules which can only be used during the events of the game (the first one will make you confess your feelings).

So we could save a little bit of ram besides creating ramifications within the story for example(sarah did not reach the corruption itonde enough to be the queen of swords if not a human-zerg infested) :for that very reason about to be breeding ground a mysterious zerg queen would give her a new chance starting from the bottom of the hive bringing to her unique style more things now performing tasks for that hive like feeding larvae, collecting genomes and getting more biomass.
It's easy to bully someone but it's very likely that if you try to pull too much on that point at some point that little fawn can turn into a monster.
