Quite fun! Thank you! As a former (thankfully) barista at GalaxyBucks, this was so satisfying to play.

I fixed it with a new save since I wasn't that far in the game. I didn't get a quest to defeat Merile, the questline ended when I refused to dick down the tree lady (On accident). She died, and then the quest with the mayor's office didn't begin, and the tree remained there. The only mayor quest I had was to check the tree out, which I was able to collect rewards for/complete.

With that all said, this is an absolutely stunning game, and easily the prettiest picross I've ever played. Thank you for combining the city-builder aspect with a puzzle so well!

I believe the 15x15 has the same issue, this is as far as I could get logically. Ran it through the solver and it got just as far.

The issue appears when I try to force it further:

I believe the 15x15 can be solved by guesswork, but unfortunately not by pure logic.

In area 2, bottom center 10x12 puzzle is unsolvable by logic only--there are multiple solutions, some of which the game considers incorrect. I checked with a picross solver to make sure. (see image)

Best one so far! 

This is great! I love city builders and colony sims as idle games, I run them while I do my homework. This is one of my favorites, good job!
