Oh wow! Joined halfway and it feels and looks so complete and polished. Doesn't have a jam game vibe at all. I can assure you that you're doing many things right. I'm glad pushing through your anxiety payed off for you (I struggle with that myself).

Having done 2 jams in a row, I need a break for sure. And I need to catch up on "work" for a while.  (work is in quotes cause i'm a comic book artist and painter, so all my work is really play lol) Although I think I'm now addicted to jams and really just want to keep goin to the next one.

Anyway, congrats and good luck with all. Looking forward to your next game. Give me a follow back if you're interested in seeing what my future jam plans are :D

I'm pretty happy with getting 11th in graphics and 18th in audio. 42 total out of 1500 is not bad either given that this is my second game ever and the first was  made only a week or so prior for the GMTK jam, where i ranked 6433 :D

I'm so happy this game ranked in the top 10! It was my favorite of all the games and deserves more! Looking forward to your next game <3

Thanks for playing and for the lovely words! It feels great when a player grasps another layer of the work and comments on it <3!

Haha Cool little game! Love the creepy bat creature. And the music is great!

thanx <3

Thanks for playing. Glad you enjoyed it.

Hahah cool game! I so much enjoyed the jumble of ideas. The fact that you can move the boxes was very fresh. I enjoed the casual flow with no death or timer very much. And the addition of physics to it made so fun. I just enjoyed jumping around and moving slowly. Even the graphics very perfect in their simplicity. Don't change anything about this is my advice. Just make it longer. I wish there were a hundred levels. Very well Done!

Interesting game. Cool graphics and music and sound. Fun straightforward gameplay. Well done

I'm a painter myself, and I sometimes do pixel versions of my paintings and then repaint them by hand and vice versa, so this interests me very much. My appreciation for you work is not just from a pixel artist perspective, but also from a painterly one :)

Hahaha what a funny and crazy game! Really fun! Enjoyed it a lot :D

Thanks for playing :D

thanks!

Glad you enjoyed it! I also wish i can make it longer. Someone gave me the idea to use these 2 characters in every game jam I do from now on, and slowly continue to build their story bit by bit. It's an interesting thought and i might do it :)

Hmmm tough one... I think it would have to be the Dali one, Persistence of memory. I could see the melting clocks clearly :)

Interesting game! I enjoyed the mystery. Cool pixel art too. My favorite thing about the whole game is the pixel version of famous paintings. great job on those! well done.

Thank you so much for taking the time to explain this. It's very helpful <3

Fun game! Love the 2 states of the monk at night, between zen and then going crazy with a machine gun :D Really cool pixel art too. One comment from me would be to make the controls in the fighting phase a little tighter. It's hard to aim and hit the ghosts when going so fast. But over all well done!

Interesting game! I quite enjoyed your interpretation of the them. The gravity flip mechanic is really cool too. I also really liked the atmosphere with the music. Well done.

Oh cool! Simple yet so much fun. Works perfectly with the theme. Good pixel art. Well done!

Really cool graphics. Very frustrating gameplay. Enjoyed it a lot.

That's a very fun game. I really enjoyed it. Love the pixel graphics too. Well done!

Fun game! Loved the use of theme between the shopping period and working period. Simple but effective pixel art. Well Done!

Great graphics and polish! It was a bit frustrating though. The controls are not very intuitive even after reading the instructions. But once I got the hang of it, it became quite fun. An automated tutorial in the game itself would help it a lot. Great job for the amount time though!

Haha what a fun game! Simple but addictively fun. Love the pixel art mouse. It all works so well together. Great how the more stuff you carry, the slower you are, and all such little attention to detail make it great. well done!

Beautiful art style. Great atmosphere. Really enjoyed playing. well done!

Fun game. Quite difficult. I liked the use of theme with alternating between meditation and fighting. It's pretty funny to have the monk fighting dishes :D

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it and appreciate the input. I wish it was longer too. Unfortunately that was all i was able to do with the time given. Hopefully next jam i'll be faster and able to make longer games :)

Oh i used to love Axelay! Haven't thought of it in ages. I guess it must be ingrained deep inside my aesthetic core. Thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed it! And thanks for pointing out the double dude; i'll try to recreate what you described to see if he shows up and how i can fix that.

Also, looks like you pushed me to 20 ratings too! Much appreciated <3

Oh and in case you need to know, the Mac version did't run. I had to play it in the browser.

What a lovely sweet game! I enjoyed playing so much and finishing it. I'm so glad I got to give everyone in the village what they needed on their final day :)  And it's a very interesting twist on the theme. Well Done!

And I'm so happy to play a game by a fellow user of RPG Maker in this jam! Especially one who uses it in a creative way and not only to make a JRPG! Please check out my game if you'd like to see how I used this engine (I love it so much <3)

What a great idea! I've never played a game like this! It's hard to figure out the controls at first, but once i got into the rhythm it became so much fun! Love the graphics too: simple but beautiful. More people should be playing and rating this game! It's one of the best i've played in the jam so far. Great Job!

AAAH super cool game! Love the 1 bit pixel graphics. And love the upgrade system! Never seen anything like it before! Can't stop playing. Great job!

Very interesting idea! I like how you used the theme, splitting slowed time and normal time. It was a little difficult to master the controls, but once i got it, it became really fun! Also the graphics were super cool. Love the color palette and atmosphere. Great job!

Cool game! As a painter myself, i can relate :) I really enjoyed the graphics on the page.  If you used a photograph cutout for the arm instead and let only the stuff on the page be drawings, the point would have been a bit clearer about the artist vs the art. Enjoyed it regardless. Well done!

That's a really fun game! I enjoyed it a lot. I love the title as well as the Pescitadel :) Enjoyed the gameplay a lot, but couldn't figure out how the radar works. All other power ups worked well and were very clear, but when i activated the radar, i didn't see any indicator forwhich way to go. Enjoyed wondering around anyway and found plenty of fish without it though. but wondering if it's something i missed, or some kind of bug or glitch. either way, well done! looking forward ot and expanded version of this in the future.

Very fun game! Well done. Love the pixel art graphics in their simplicity. Really enjoyed the variety of weapons and how they handle differently. It's hard to tell what the final goal is but didn't matter much since it was so fun smashing mindless shoppers. Great job!

Thanks for playing and i'm so glad you liked it <3

If you have a moment, could you please give me a little more details about how and when the copy of the character showed up? Did it stay on screen or come and go quickly?  At what point during the game did it appear? I am play testing a lot but am unable to make that happened, so i am curious about  the details so i can fix it for future versions after the jam is done. Thank you again so much

Interesting game! love the hand drawn look for the graphics. The mac version doesn't work for some reason so i played it in the browser. But enjoyed it. Very cool concept and makes for some complex strategical planning. Well done!
