Love the detailed background cities. Simple but satisfying gameplay. Not really sure how it's a cycle though.

I like the art, but I am thouroughly confused. I went into a door and saw a monster, but he just disappeared. I had no way to get out. Am I missing something?

Nice game. The camera angle did cause me to miss a couple jumps though. Sometimes the platforms above me blocked the entire screen. Wasn't too infuriating, just annoying. Completed it all the way through.

Love the art style, and very unique gameplay concept. The puzzles were just the right amount of challenging. I saw someone else pointed out the awkwardness with the controls which I also felt. Great entry though!

Thanks!

Thanks for playing! Yeah my original idea was that you had to destroy all the bricks, and something special would happen for the last brick, but as I started developing the game more that didn’t really work and I honestly just forgot to put something relating to the theme in.

Hello! I’ve always ben interested in game development but only recently (bout 6 months) starting participating in game jams. Looking forward to what everyone puts out and let me know if anyone wants to form a team.

Cool game, interesting how you challenged yourself to not use any visual assets.

Nice game and retro graphics. Could've used some background music though.

Fun game. Kinda like fireboy and watergirl

Fun Simple Puzzle game. Nice atmospheric music. Took me a little bit to understand what was going on but after that I had a good time.

Interesting little game. Would've been fun if there were some more items introduced later on, like a donut that makes you slower or something like that.

Very fun and atmospheric. Cool interpretation of the theme. Reminds me of that one geometry dash level.

Fun game! Controls are really smooth and I like the graphics style. Music is good even if it is AI Generated.  You should add a fullscreen button though bc my monitor is very small and the game doesn't fit on it.

I like absorbing and the particles. Sometimes the screen would just crash and  turn gray though, most likely from an error. Some audio would've been nice too.

Great concept, executed perfectly

Fun game and I really like the music. I did notice a glitch where sometimes the tornado glitches out though, I couldn't notice a pattern on when it happens.

Nice art style and music. Reminds me of crazy taxi.  I couldn't figure out how to get onto the rooftops for some missions though. Maybe I'm just missing something though

I love it but it would be better as a movie

I love this game but it would work better as a movie

I don't know if I was missing something, but the W and A controls weren't doing anything for me, so all I was able to do was walk directly into the void.

Reminds me of doodle jump. I did notice some problems. If you fall off the map it just goes on infinitely.  Also the red guys sometimes come out of nowhere, and it makes the game feel pretty slow to move your mouse over before you do anything.

Very well made

Very creative. I love the music

Great art and music. The voice acting is perfect. The controls are pretty annoying, which I understand is the point of the game, but it was a little frustrating at times because I wasn't really sure what I was doing. Some more direction could be nice. Overall, great entry though!

Damn that's so moving,

I say as tears fill my eyes

Longing for the game

Fun game! Amazing pixel art and shooting mechanics. The buttons after you die didn't seem to be working for me, but no one else has brought it up so I might be doing something wrong.

Thanks! I will definitely take these into consideration

Yeah the original plan was to procedurally generate the facility every time, but we decided it was too much for a weekend.

Really fun! Could've used a tutorial or something as it took me a couple deaths to get the hang of it, but after that it was really fun. I loved the background music. It seems like you may have made the game window too small, the bottom of the screen is cut off when not in fullscreen.

Fun game! Very cinematic music. I got stuck at the part with the big door and the old man at the table, wasn't exactly sure what to do there. I am an idiot when it comes to puzzles though, so that might be on me. My biggest complaint would be the character moves a little too slow.

Cool idea, but all it really boiled down to was holding right/left and spamming through dialog boxes. Would've been fun if there was some sort of minigame or mechanic you had to do to avoid your coworkers and get out of their conversations.

I loved the aesthetics and the music! I was able to make it to the boss but couldn't beat him. Very fun mechanics once I understood them. There were some clipping issues, but other than that great entry!

Cool concept! Definitely a rage game, but I do love a good rage game. Could use a bit of polish and a tutorial, I was lost for the first 30 seconds.

Amazing that you got all this done in a weekend. I could definitely see myself coming back to this after the jam is over.

Very fun and polished mechanics! My one complaint would be that the bosses have a little too much health, but other than that great entry!

Very fun and creative. Deserves to get first place.

Yeah I just realized some people might click the slot instead of pressing the attack button, which might be why it overrid your slot. The golem is definitely a lot harder than I intended though.

very fun and relaxing
