What a comment, thank you for all these feedback.

I totally agree with you about the tutorial, and the idea you proposes to reduce the plates seems like the way to go.

It was an hard choice, but maybe not a wise one, that we used this short amount of time on the deepness of the game(artefacts, cards, monsters) rather than on a tutorial.

This ambitious choice came from the fact that we wanted to make a game with a scale that could go beyond the specter of this gamejam. As you noticed it.

We were just simply not good enough to design and code in time, something that would onboard people correctly, with a game of this scale. We will definetly work to improve on that point in the future.

Thanks again, have a nice day !

I’ m really happy you liked the game !

For the theme, we thought that the idea of having a character that can be scaled from Big to skinny, depending on what he eats, and give him différent buffs depending on it’s current scale.
Would fit the theme well.
Even more if it creates different kind of strategies / builds, and if bosses require you to manage the scale in order to be defeated.
I think that if we lean more towards this direction.
We will give the cholestrol, and the scales more importance.
Anyway, thank you for playing !

We saw that it doesn’t work on some computers, mainly laptops, sorry about that.
You can use « ctrl + » or « ctrl - «  to zoom in or out. the game. Thanks for your time

Honestly, for me this is a top game of this gamejam, easy to play, clever idea, clean artstyle.
Consuming the body when using the spell is really good.

Big GG  !

I would love to have your feedback for the game we made.
It would be really usefull for our future as devs

I wish there was 6 stars in style, this is so beautiful, the music was fitting perfectly.

I think what would be even more immersive for the player, would be to add more musicality in the mecanic sound itself (when the step is played, playing a corresponding note of the scale).

GG guys !

Wp for this game, keep up the good work !

The feeling of the shoot was smooth, the movement were feeling nice, the audio was working well, having to change the bullet is a cool concept,

I don't know if it's a bug, but sometimes , I didn't shoot the same color that was present on the U.I
Anyway,  well done guys, hope you had fun !

Thank you for this feedback, I totally agree about the tutorial.
We were full focus on the core mechanics and put aside, something simple but yet really important, to make people understand the game easily and fast, we will totally give it more importance in the next jams !

On the UI, we used constant pixel sized, I will try  to use scale with screen size, and see what happens !

Thanks again, I wish you the best

Came across something I wouldn't expect to exist today, and it's this game.

I played a lot of tetris inspired game today, but this one has a cat in it, and it makes a big difference in my opinion.

Many cool ideas, wp !

grrrrr88t !!

Clever idea and unique artstyle ! Hope you had fun making this one !

Congrats on making your first game jam submission, I hope you had a blast designing and creating your masterpiece !

Good job !

Congrats for this game ! keep up the good work !

Cool idea, great artstyle, I feel it !

I'm really happy you like it, on your side you made such a great game, congrats !

I love capybaras, so it was really cool to play a game with it.
The theme translates well on the graphics.
I wouldve love to see some mecanics that resonates well with the big pile of capybaras I get in the game design part

I really liked the fact that it was super easy to understand and progress in the game.
I had a crash after a death, so I had to retry the game but it was really good, great jobs !

The T-rex arms got me

Audio is great, game is beautiful, and fits the theme really well.

I found this game relaxing and really pleasing to the eye

Thanks, this compliment is a blessing when it comes from someone who pushed a really polished and cool game like yours !

Really liked the idea, the fact that everything can be scaled up and down blown my mind.
I ended up flying, while colliding with an object I tried to scale

The concept hooked me, I'm sad for the black screen :(

I really liked the artstyle, and the concept, the main character felt charismatic.

I liked the audio part a lot as well (especially, when you can't scale down anymore)

The tutorial notes kept me focus in the game, and I liked that.

I felt like the speed up was introduced a bit early considering the theme of the jam.

Overall I think this game and concept has a lot of potential !

Loved the gameplay, and the idea to play with the balance for the movement.

The artstyle, has a lot a personality, I loved it.

I can definetly see my self play in local coop against someone !

I didn't knew I wanted to be an ant shooting with a glock in my next life before this game !

Thank you for implementing this concept in my head.

I liked the pixel art a lot, I felt like it could be even more pretty if the health bar match the vibe.

I liked the heavy controls, and I feel like using the gun recoil as a dash is really cool.

Great ambitious and idea, I went through the big red portal, and sadly couldn't find what to do !

I'm really charmed by the concept, but sadly, I couldn't figure out how to play(Scale Army_2 build),
I found the soldiers artstyle cool and rich in variations !
I think the U.X was really simple to understand.
Thanks for this work !

Thank you for your answer, we noticed that the game isn't working correctly on Laptops, we implemented the tutorial on screenshots so people can see it

Cute game

Cool artstyle, and liked the gameplay

Super cool, I loved the vibe of the game

Loved this game, loved the level design !

Cool game, I really liked the idea of mixing city build and tetris !

I wish too, we had a lot of ideas to implement, then Time got us :)

Nice idea

Really chill experience, the bug fixing tab sound effect was so satisfying, I kept spaming it,

The game was really cool to play, thanks you !
