I'm sure McQuigan didn't have her coffee before answering so she didn't understand your question. She is correct about concept art or prototyping. But I'm sure you asked about the final build. The rules say:  "You may use AI to produce concept art or prototyping, but we do not allow assets developed with AI in your game. If we catch you, you'll be instantly disqualified." This means, you can use AI as a helping hand to make concept or idea, but you have to remove all AI assets from the final build.
