The General Department is going to organize ISTE approved FDP/STTP titled "Industrial Mathematics and Scientific Computing" during December 16 - 25, 2019 (Two weeks). This programmed is having distinct expertise from various fields/institutions including one faculty from University of Central Lancashire, UK and IIT Gandhinagar.
This STTP is joint collaboration of LDCE and NITTTR, Bhopal.

Boundary integral equations are a classical tool for the analysis of boundary value problems for partial differential equations. The boundary element method (BEM) is a numerical computational method of solving linear partial differential equations, which have been formulated as integral equations (i.e. in boundary integral form). It can be applied in many areas of engineering and science including fluid mechanics, acoustics, electro-magnetics, and fracture mechanics. BEM is applicable to problems for which Green's functions can be calculated.
The training programme is designed to learn fundamentals of mathematics like real analysis and complex analysis which are most useful for the engineering mathematics. Interested candidates are invited to participate. The STTP fee is fully refundable after successful participation. At the end, test will be conducted which in turn to successful participation.
