One night, Layla left without a word. And after that, nothing was ever the same again.
Heart-broken and lost, her best friends have nothing but one thought in mind: find Layla and bring her home. But as days pass, they start having doubts. Was she forced to leave or was it a choice of her own?
In Dead Set, your choices will forge the destiny of Cassie and her friends. Each of your decisions will impact the narration and the outcome, leading you to one of the three different endings.
Made in a month for the 5th Spooktober jam.

Oh this hurts my soul. I was so curious over what was happening, I thought this was the normal reunion party but nope! It really hurt my heart when I got my first ending where Finn was all alone, the poor guy lost not just his twin sister but also his other best friend and now he's left alone. The second ending was where they were all together but it was heart-breaking to see their future end and stay in stasis, and even without getting the third ending, I had a feeling it ends with just Rebecca being trapped leaving Finn and Cassie behind...
The one thing I was having a hard time at was not being able to load the save files I made (especially when there are a lot of choices) and not being able to skip the old content. However, it was relatively understandable how to get the different endings, amazing job and the end portion really made me pause because I was like "... OH SO THAT'S HOW THEY'RE GETTING HER BACK!"
Edit: I caved and got the last ending-- OH THAT HURTS! I like how there's that calmness with Finn even though we know now what's happening with Rebecca, not only that but the talk between Cassie and Finn was soft and sweet as Cassi reassured and held on to Finn while also showing worry and emphasizing with him, in a sick way, I'm glad that Finn has Cassie and he won't be alone even though he lost his twin...

It has an intriguing plot with interesting ending. Expected, but nice done.
Your characters well written and well drawn. Game narrative distinguishes them one from each other.
