I cannot install KB5032190 - Windows 11 always printing error message 0x800f081f.
This problem occurs in 100 computers in a domain.
I'm in business environment with access to this domain controller and I have Endpoint Central on all those machines(I can deploy mass changes, installations, patch deploy(it's not working with this KB too) etc.
Tried all possible fixes:
The CBS log indicates missing pending.xml, pending.xml.bad and Microsoft-Windows-DirectoryServices-Common-files.
I tried to install it from msu and cab file using wusa and dism.
Windows update shows same error - 0x800f081f.

It appears that the Microsoft-Windows-DirectoryServices-Common-files component and the pending-bad.xml file are missing.

Hi,We also use Endpoint Central and experiencing the same problem. The only solution I found is to do in place upgrade, which is a pretty lengthy process. Did you find a better one by any chance?

DISM /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\temp\Microsoft-Windows-Client-Language-Pack_x64_it-it.cab
Note: Replace "C:\temp" with the path where you copied the .cab file.
If the above steps do not work, you can try repairing the component store with the Dism RestoreHealth command or manually repairing with a payload from the partially installed component. From an elevated command prompt, run these commands:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Sfc /Scannow
Restart the device and try installing the update again.
