How to disable the lock screen/password access?

Hello, I've already done the netplwiz and unchecked the box and set my user sign-on to Never. It STILL asks me for user/password. Infuriating. How can I disable it completely? Microsoft sucks!

    1. Open the Settings app by clicking on the Start menu and selecting Settings.
    2. Click on Accounts.
    3. From the list of settings on the left side, select Sign-in options.
    4. Under the Password section on the right, click the Change button.
    5. Enter your current password and click Next.
    6. Leave the New password and Confirm password fields blank.
    7. Click Next and then click Finish.
