Error while creating linked service from Synapse to Dyanamics 365

I am trying to create Linked Service from Microsoft Synapse to Dynamics 365. While testing connect I am getting error ClientIpAddressNotAuthorized. We have licensed Microsft Synapse and trial version of Dynamics 365.

Could you please share the complete error message here?

Meanwhile, could you please check if you workspace is configured to allow access to the Client IP address?

Workspace is not configured to allow access to the client IP address, complete the firewall configuration for the Workspace allowing the Client IP address to the workspace. Add the Customer IP address which was returned from the Raw Results in the Firewall Blade on the Portal and confirm customer is able to access the workspace.

The only error it shows is below attached. I discussed with my network team and there is no IP restrictions configured on Synapses.

It looks like you’re having trouble connecting to Azure Synapse Studio. The error ClientIpAddressNotAuthorized means that your IP address is not allowed to access the Synapse workspace.

To fix this, you should check the workspace settings to make sure your IP address is allowed. You can do this by adding your IP address to the firewall settings in the Azure Portal.

You might also want to try signing in to your workspace manually or using a different browser to see if that helps. Sometimes, the problem can be related to security settings or permissions, so make sure you have the right permissions to access the workspace.
