Hacked Microsoft Account

My account was hacked. They changed the personal information as well as the email and recovery email associated with this account. I was able to get in through touch ID on my laptop and request a change of email that was supposed to take place in 30 days. However, they apparently noticed and cancelled the switch. I filled out the recovery form twice as of today, as I didn't get a response the first time. Is there anything else that I can possibly do to get my account back?
