How to acquire Windows 11 licenses for employees worldwide

Hey folks

My company has headquarters in US but we have many employees located in other regions (i.e Brazil). If I buy Windows licenses through the MS US website, will those licenses work for the employees outside US? Or must I buy via local MS or partners in each country?

Preferably we would like to buy several licenses and send to employees their activation keys in order for them to install/upgrade to Windows Pro.

    Yes, They will work in different regions even if u buy in the MS US website as the Microsoft Windows Product keys are region free. remember to "Accept Answer" so that others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the solution. Your contribution is highly appreciated.
