What is my Edge Exchange Admin Center URL?
Apparently this requires a business account and does not apply to personal accounts.

What do you mean by Edge? Is it referring to edge role servers?
In fact, Edge Exchange Admin Center is not an official Microsoft product or service. You may be referring to Microsoft Exchange Admin Center (EAC) which is the Web interface used to manage Microsoft Exchange server and Microsoft Exchange Online.
EAC is primarily designed for business accounts, and it offers a range of administrative features to help organizations manage their email systems. The EAC allows administrators to configure mail flow rules, manage user mailboxes, and more. For individual users, this level of administrative functionality is usually not needed, as the management of personal email accounts is usually simpler and does not require complex configuration and monitoring.
As a result, an enterprise can delegate administrators to log in to the EAC to manage user mailboxes. The URL of the EAC(Exchange Online) is Exchange admin center (microsoft.com)
I was trying to connect my Microsoft 365 Outlook calendar with my personal Work Zoom account. It seems to only allow me to do so with a work email address or as an administrator. Otherwise it defaults to my gmail account calendar.

Based on your description, I understand that when you sync Outlook Calendar and work zoom, you are prompted that you can only log in with your work/school account.
Did you synchronize according to the method given in the article? Configuring the Zoom Calendar Client
According to my personal research, Microsoft may not currently support personal account syncing with Zoom.
Do you have a work/school account? If yes, you can also try syncing with the work/school account that your business assigns to you.

They do not have a web interface. Powershell mgmt only
