Issue with Signing up for Microsoft Certifications

Is anyone else facing problems while signing up for Microsoft certifications? I am trying to purchase some AZ certifications but the website is not accepting my information after I "confirm" it. I went through the help section but it did not provide the needed assistance, nor am I able to reach out to anybody for help. I even attempted to sign up for a different exam, but it appears that all of them are inaccessible when I attempt to connect to pearsonvue. This is all happening on the Microsoft website.
