I find problem in Azure free account sign in even I verified my card.

I found a problem with my azure account, which I have verified and the amount was cut from my bank account, but I dint found any change in my azure account and still asking for subscription. I refreshed the page and I saw a message that your account is not eligible. Then what I should do with this problem after verifying my bank account.
