It is general, you can check here the status :
VM does not start - Failed to start virtual machine Error: No version found in the artifact repository that satisfies the requested version

My VM does not start with the following error message:
Failed to start virtual machine 'XXXXXX'. Error: No version found in the artifact repository that satisfies the requested version '' for VM extension with publisher 'Microsoft.WindowsAzure.GuestAgent' and type 'CRPProd'.
Please advise.

I have the same problem. Furthermore, when I try to create a new VM I get this error:
