Set up agreement substatuses
Set up agreement substatuses to specify the current agreement status more precisely, according to your company's business processes.
In Field Service, select the Settings area. Under Service Delivery, select Agreement Substatuses.
Select New.
Use the tooltips to help fill in your information, and then select Save.
