Our Students Love Us

"It has been an amazing hands-on experience. The course structure is great because you start with theory, then you practice it by yourself, and then you apply it with your classmates. You get out of the class feeling like you actually learned it and you can apply it.

Frequently asked questions

The cohort I want is now closed for enrollment. Is it too late to join?

Unfortunately, yes. We limit enrollment in each of our courses to ensure a good student experience. But we offer each course several times a year, so you can always enroll in the next cohort.

When will you offer courses in my time zone?

Our courses are scheduled at different times throughout the year to account for different time zones. However, the course schedule slots we offer will also depend on the availability of our instructors and the demand for that particular time slot. You can always find our upcoming schedule on each course page or check the "Starting Soon" page to see all of our cohorts ordered by date. If you don’t see a cohort that works for your time zone, check back again later.

What's your refund policy?

We offer refunds up until 14 days before the course start date. No questions asked. After this deadline, we are no longer able to issue refunds.

Can you invoice for my course ticket?

For single tickets, we are only able to process payments through our website. However, after purchase you will receive a tax-compliant invoice that reflects your purchase. We are able to invoice for group sales. To learn more about that option, send an email to support@producttalk.org.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we offer group discounts for our Deep Dive courses. Discounts are for groups of 5+ and scale based on group size.

Due to high demand, we are not able to offer group discounts for our Master Class.

If you are interested in a group discount for a Deep Dive course, send an email to support@producttalk.org.

Do you offer private, company-specific cohorts?

Yes, we currently offer private company-specific cohorts for our Master Classes for groups of 20+. If you are interested in a private cohort, please send an email to support@producttalk.org.
