Rewatched this in bits and pieces over the course of a few weeks, which is not the ideal way to immerse oneself in this exquisite, deeply messed up world. It’s such a pleasure to behold the otherworldliness that Park Chan-wook can conjure up seemingly without effort; each one of his works is a gift.
