@jonjohnjohnson As you have mentioned, this example seems to only be useful for overlay scrollbars, for non-overlay, the scrollbar would still need to take the space all the way to the original edge even if we restrict its range, otherwise you would probably have a lot of trouble with the layout. If it needs to reach the edge anyway, I don't really see how this would be useful.
