I just finished this game last night and I must say, absolutely one of the best RPG Maker games I've ever played. I would put this up there with Ib, another one of my favorites, ranked just below OneShot.

The story in this game was excellent, the endings were wildly different and all intriguing, and the characters were instantly likable. 10/10

Wow, I absolutely love this masterpiece! I noticed many elements similar to those I saw in The Witch's House, such as toy soldiers and teddy bears. Moreover, the game's story is really captivating and interesting. Thank you, Lydia, and I hope to see more games like this masterpiece on itch.io in the future.

Aria´s Story was the first game of RPG MAKER that i knew, in 2019 -2018 i think. The amount of love that i have for this game is huge, maan, this game made me love the pixel art and RPGS. It was hard to find a way to play this bc, ehem, i have a Mac but i finally made it. This game felt nostalgic and cozy -SOMETIMES- for me, i cried a lot just by thinking that the experience of playing this masterpiece was ending.  I cant explain how much i love this game, but really, thank you Lydia <3 We love you!

 i just finished it and it was amazing. definitely one of the best games i found on itch.io. i fell in love with the characters, and the puzzles were great. i'm not gonna lie, it was scary but it made the game even better.

when it comes to playtime, it took me 5 hours. also, the amount of times i died is embarrasing lmao.. i needed to save the game every 5 minutes just in case i do something dumb and ended up with like 90 saves.

At first i unlocked the bad / "perfect" ending and i was so flabbergasted lmaoo i did't expect it to end like that. i was so shocked when Aria 's personality suddenly changed at the end. this plot twist was crazy tbh. but after that i unlocked the true ending, and i'm honestly satisfied with it (even tho it was kinda sad).

anyway, keep up the good work, in the "additional content" room there was mentioned another game you made, i'm definitely gonna play it as well <3

Este fue el primer juego que jugue en esta plataforma hace un tiempo, nunca podria olvidarlo, fue tan magico y divertido. Gracias por existir, me causa mucho sentimiento. ^̮^

i would like to play it in its original language. does anyone know whether the author first wrote it in spanish, then had it translated to english or vice versa, or wrote the whole game in both languages? thanks

One of the best story games I've ever played, I was so invested in the plot that I finished the game in five hours. I got the normal ending in my first playthrough, and I can't wait to play it again to see the other endings!

Just completed the whole game, WOAH !!! That was an amazing experience, but god bless the guide lmao--I know I would've struggled hard without that additional support. The Ending Guide also looks really pretty actually, like, pretty colours and the way it's ordered looks so nice <3

All those endings were amazing, I did have a bit of a disagreement with my save files doing it though lmao--I had to redo those damn question cutscenes and the book minigame so many times bcuz I kept messing up in my save files with what I wanted for them and my memory faltering with where I did what--But it was still a golden experience!

beautiful game and characters were lovely, and I rarely find multiple endings I am happy with but I loved them and this whole game!!

i just finnished the game and got the perfect ending, looks like my villian genes r kicking in bwhahahahaha ( ´▽｀) 

the disorted aria is sooo cuuuuuuuute～it’s splendid how i get to kill the other characters, especially the librarian, i knew smth was up with aria the whole timeee (i played the midnight train before so i kinda saw it comming) 

anyways time to go get the other endings :3

No sé si sea un problema o la versión venga así por defecto, perooo, al iniciar el juego no escucho ningún soundtrack, simplemente los efectos y sonidos del juego, al entrar como tal a la historia, me pasa exactamente lo mismo, solo escucho los efectos, es un error o así es el juego? 

(Jugué hace poco midnight Train y me encantó, al descubrir que había otro juego de la misma creadora lo descargue, aún no he jugado por completo Aria's Story ya que me parece que la música es parte importante del juego y sin ella me parece extraño jugarlo xd) 

¡Me ha encantado! Sobre todo el arte y la paleta de colores. No sólo es entretenido sino agradable a la vista. Algo que me gusta mucho es que tenga varios finales, lo que lo hace rejugable. Y el aura de misterio que tiene la trama.

i love this game so much. i love the characters, the plot and everything in general. this entire playhtrough took me about 7 hours tho but worth it

Not sure why but on my Windows, some of the feathers you can't save at, (most notably the first one and one right at the start of chapter 4) and sometimes you have to confirm multiple times on the save button before it will save. So far it hasn't been much of an issue but I just died at the start of chapter 4 and will have to go through everything between my last save and the non-working save again.

Edit: what I mean by you can't save is that I just keep pressing save but it keeps making a click/no effect sound no matter how many times I press.

It would be great if you made a real book one.

this game is just wondeful. I love every character and getting attached to them is very easy, even though the game is "small", i think it's what gives it its charm and what its all about

it get closed in some places when I try to open the inventory.I couldn't get past the part where I took the coin from the rabbit.

This feels like one of those classic RPG Maker games, I like it a lot. It reminds me a lot of The Witch's House, mostly because the amount of death that you can get in this game. Honestly, it's really interesting to see all of those random death that you can get.

Of course, it also reminds of another classic, Ib. Yes, I know it said that this game is inspired by it in the description, but the exploration, the puzzle, and even the atmosphere in the game itself really remind me a lot of it.

There are quite a lot of chapters in this game and they're all pretty interesting, but my favorite chapter in the entire game has to be the Romance chapter. It's long, but I really liked the puzzle it has, and it is also the calmest out of all the chapters in my opinion.

That's all I could say really. Go give it a try! It's a pretty fun game.

I really liked this game, from the characters design to the story about what happened in the library and why Aria is there. The drawings, the mini-games and the atmosphere were just so so suggestive that I finished the game in like 1 day and an half. Great job!!
