I'm pretty sure this is some sort of keyboard shift cipher, but I'm not sure what type, all the regular ones I've tried haven't worked.

Does anyone know if Part 2 is still being worked on? This is one of the few games I have ever played that has actually scared me and I need more of it. I have been playing horror games since I was a kid and have never been scared by a game until this and KinitoPet. Fantastic games.

I was recommended this, and I am very hyped for 2nd chapter. I loved the mystery & the dark to it. A type of game you think can be cute, but it really isn't.
