The House is in Luck

With a single card move, stack the deck to win in a Nina Kosaka-themed simplified blackjack puzzle.

Apologies on the scale and general incompleteness. This was intended to be in planning for a while longer, but given the circumstances it seemed better to push out the one puzzle that was somewhat ready.

How to Play

The dealer, you, and three other players are playing a simple blackjack variant. The deck consists of 15 cards, three copies each of the numbers 1 through 5. The goal is get as close to 9 as possible without going over, or be dealt a pair of fives. After an initial deal of two cards per player, each player may choose to draw an additional card. The dealer must draw a card if their hand does not beat at least one other player.

Each hand you may view the deck ahead of time and move one card anywhere else in the deck. To solve the puzzle, this change must result in the dealer winning against all three players. For the first set of puzzles, the players simply draw when they hold a total of 6 or less. For the second set of puzzles, the players have full knowledge of the deck and will make whatever play has the best combined result against the dealer.
