It's just like the legendary original, but you play as the cars, not the chicken. You have to tactically summon the cars to outplay the ai and kill the chicken!
Might be a rage game...
Unfortunately I only had a bit more then 12 hours to work on the game solo, so there are probably some bugs but I hope you enjoyed it still!

In the original, you were forced to cross or the eagle would get you.
In this one, the chicken can safely withdraw to a green area and not leave it.
its pretty fun but i think the car should go faster, and another person can move the chicken with the wasd keys and the arrow keys.
good times, the timing on the arrows is really well done for the scope of the jam, presented challenge but we got em!

Can we go backward in the original game? I got the chicken anyway
I wasn't sure either so I researched it and it said somewhere that you can go backwards but the eagle will come after you after few tiles... which I didn't implement, but the AI shouldn't walk backwards too much so I think it works :)
This was actually really hard! But also fun! I really like the concept and the look of the game captures that crossy road style so well.
