How do you change the size of the staves/staffs and the notes all at once?
Hi,
I would like to change the distance between the lines in the staves and the size of the notes -- increase them so they are easier to read. How do I do that?

Format>Page settings and increase the scaling. Everything in the score is sized in proportion to that parameter (it is actually the distance between adjacent score lines.)

I went to Format -> Page Settings -> Staff Space and increased it. It worked, thank you!
