Should the new update be compatible with old saves?

Just found out the errors with the ass and feet go away and are replaced by the proper options after practicing with just carol a bit and unlocking them,  fyi.

also, I completed the High Society request and got the "attend a fancy wedding" checked off under requests but did not unlock the outfit. Am I missing something or is it bugged? Hell of a game though, great work.
