Lunar Conjunction with Saturn

At 4:06 this morning as the near Full Moon passes in front of Saturn.

Luckily we had some clear skies.

I did not get the shot as the Saturn reappears on the other side of the Moon.

This looked stunning to me! I didn't know we could see the moon so clearly and Saturn with its ring at 500mm ... your effort in waking up so early to take this shot was well rewarded! V
