A view of the SS Keewatin
Built in Scotland in 1907 she sailed to Levis PQ where she was cut in two as she was too long to travel through the Welland canal. After reaching Lake Erie she was reassembled in Buffalo.
She then sailed between Port Arthur / Fort William (now Thunder Bay) and Port McNicoll on Georgian Bay being retired in 1966. She is currently preserved in Port McNicoll.
