Problem Statement:
Job applicants and HR teams often face a tedious and repetitive process when it comes to handling job applications. Applicants find themselves repeatedly filling out forms with information already present in their resumes, leading to frustration and inefficiency. On the other hand, HR teams spend significant time manually processing these applications, extracting key details, and organizing them for evaluation.
Issues Identified:
Repetitive Form-Filling: Applicants need to redundantly input information from their resumes into application forms.
Manual Processing by HR: HR teams spend valuable time manually extracting and organizing applicant data from emails and attachments.
Lack of Integration: Existing systems do not seamlessly integrate to streamline the application process, leading to inefficiencies and delays
To address these issues, I leveraged Microsoft Power Platform along with AI capabilities to create a more streamlined and intuitive job application process.
