Yo mate, you need to make some more of these games. I would even give you ideas and pay you to mate. Love it to par with Total War Rome. Hope you have fun making these games for us.

Thank you so much for the feedback. To be honest the soldiers behavior in battle was the most difficult part and in this time I was close to abandon the project. What really helped was so set a maximum of enemies that can attack a soldier at the same time. But it took a lot of time for fine-tuning. A nice sidefact...my soldiers ran and still run into the same behavior issues as the ones in Total War :) Regarding sound...I tried with louder screams but it gets annoying so fast after some battles. I think Godot engine is very capable of almost everything regarding 2D and simple 3D stuff and I really love working with it. Can't wait for the performance boost with vulcan rendering in 4.0!
Good game. I really like this game. I am also using Godot to make games. As far as I can see, this game you are handling collisions quite well. The activities of the warriors are also quite realistic. I've played the Total War genre before and you're doing a great job at it. More than that, it's made from the Godot engine. It fuels my belief that Godot can compete with Unity. However, the sound is not very lively. Although the screaming is quite good, it needs to be louder and louder for real.Those are some of my personal opinions. When you have free time, you can also comment on my game.
