The recyclable label has a coloured symbol, which means that each piece of package with that label can be placed in the recycling bin separately

The conditionally recyclable label has a clear symbol, which means that can get recycled as long as you follow the instructions underneath. If you don't, it has to be placed in the rubbish bin.

The rubbish label has a bin symbol, which means that the piece of package has to be placed in the rubbish bin. DO NOT place it in the recycling bin. It will not get recycled and it will contaminate the recycling stream.
