Volcano Venture
About
Volcano Venture was written for Weekly Game Jam 146 "Mountain Climber".
This was my first time participating in a jam (and also my first time completing a game), so I expect there will be lots of issues and hopefully some good feedback.
The game was written with Godot, and you can find it's source code on GitLab. Double open source whammy.

great job for a first game jam! i love how simple yet effective it is <3
Awesome game really love the feel of the movement and the music was amazing, keep up the good work
Very addictive game. Love the intense music and artstyle, great controls. Would play longer if there was some kind of progression. And as already mentioned - the boulders. It seemed like they predict where I would jump) Would be nice to have a quick warning before they appear.
Great job!
Thank you!
I did want to try and add a tracked high score thing, but since I was exporting it to web and the three main platforms I honestly just wasn't sure how to go about it to work everywhere.
Nice take on the theme, nice music.
Sometimes balls falling very fast is a bit unfair.
Thanks for the feedback.
I've heard that about the fireballs a couple times now so it's top of my hitlist for changes :)
Love it

Absolutely love the art style. Controls are responsive. (too much maybe?) Music gets you right into the game play. It's pretty fast paced and I feel you did a great job with making the player feel a bit tense.
Fantastic work.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate the kind words :)
