UNFINISHED - Roadblock Panic

Hello all, This was intended to be part of Mini Jame Gam #26 but life got the better of me on this one.

Intended to make a game where: 

(Theme: You're the villain, Special Object: Car). I intended to make a game where you're the villain and you place obstacles on a path that would stop a would-be hero from going A-B in-time. The maps may become more mazey, the obstacles will disintegrate after being placed, preventing just a bunch of objects being placed right off. Mobile-friendly with all touch/mouse.

Sorry I couldn't finish this one in time.  The general idea sounded fun so I may update eventually.

Prototype version uses some Kenney assets for the map.
