Tune Jam #4

Title: Ineluctable Singularity

Link:

Description:

I chose to build my music around a simple melody with spaces. This melody evolves over the course of the music, like the evolution of machines and technology. The spaces allow me to add other sounds and counter melodies.

As the music progresses, the arrangement becomes more complex.

The first part begins in major with beeps and simple waves (square and triangle) with a floppy disk noise as rhythmic support.

We then move on to electric guitar. Technology starts to sound cool.

Then the sound gets colder, and we move into a minor key.

Then the singularity.

Then peace.

You'll hear samples of Windows and Mac (and Intel, too). It was a bit of a challenge for me to integrate these elements.

Tune Jam #2

Title: Evil Jester

Link:

Description: Strongly inspired by Dany Elfman (spooky theme) and Nobuo Uematsu (boss battle theme), I tried to find a way to mix both in order to compose this piece.

Tune Jam #1

Title: Ignition

Link:

Description: I composed a theme and I tried to use it on a calm part and on an action part.
