Lizostafin (EC 3.4.24.75, glicil-glicinska endopeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza -Gly-Gly- veza u pentaglicinskoj interpeptidnoj vezi kojom se povezuje stafilokokalni ćelijski zid peptidoglikana
Ova cink-zavisna endopeptidaza je prisutna u Staphylococcus simulans.
