My friend, you have tapped into something truly outstanding here. I absolutely love this game. The inconceivably obscure and fascinating ancient anomalies you've created, along with the descriptive dialog surrounding them, and the wonderful way that it's all presented is superb. There are too few games that manage to really capture the true essence of profound cosmic horror, but I believe that is exactly what you've done here. Thank you, sir.

really interesting. not sure what's going on, but i don't think i really need to in order to play this game. i think the texboxes could all stay the same size, because they seem to move around all off-balance and off-center when transitioning between text, but otherwise, i'm fascinated. the use of artbreeder and general photo manipulation was cool. parts of it reminded me of noroi: the curse, and i find that admirable.

Thank you!

The game is very good. I like it But it's a little weird, ha ha.

I just want to remind you that this is an alpha version. There are seven chapters planned, the button to disable jumpscares will appear in the next updates. Thank you all for playing my game.

Did you use Artbreeder for the portraits and other gifs?

(+1)

Yes, some of the images were made in Artbreeder and then processed in photoshop.

i love the aesthetic of the game so much but i quit and uninstalled after the first jumpscare.

Very sorry to hear that, the game used to have a feature to disable jumpscares, it will return in the next chapters.

Hello, I played this game and I really liked the concept, the Images were interesting and the sound effects were also neat, I'm not a fan of those "jumpscares" but over all it was short and sweet game, good work :)

Thank you for your gameplay and honest opinion, you can turn off jumpscares by clicking "Screamers" button in the main menu.

Thanks for your honest feedback! These images were made by me, at first they were created via neural network and then manipulated futher in Photoshop, only a village and forest were  stock photos of a real japan village and a suicide forest, i processed those photos in Photoshop . I completly agree with you about jumpscares, maybe i will remake them to more fit the theme and be less cheap i guess... Textboxes are my worst enemy, i tried to make them larger, guess i will rework them, thank you for pointing it out.

I am thinking of making a switch button for those who want to play without jumpscares and just enjoy the story and atmospere. Its a good idea to make a warning but i am afraid that jumpscare will lost there purpose so a switch maybe a better solution, i will try both variants and see how it goes, thank you for your advice.
