Refund policy

If anything you purchase from the Wikipedia Store does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange it within 30 days of the order shipment date. If you wish to start a return or exchange, or if you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

Damaged/incorrect merchandise: if you receive damaged merchandise, or the wrong merchandise, then we will pay the shipping charges for your return. For us to refund or exchange your purchase, the returned item must be in the same condition you received it in, including all accessories and documents that may have come with it.

Returns and restocking: If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, we will refund your purchase, but you will have to pay for the shipping costs and we will deduct a restocking fee of $1.50 USD at the time of reimbursement. We will issue a refund when we receive your return to the payment method that you used originally. As with damaged or incorrect merchandise in order for us to refund or exchange your purchase, the returned item must be in the same condition you received it in, including all accessories and documents that may have come with it.
