The issue with Google Cloud Marketplace is believed to be affecting a very small number of customers and our Engineering Team is working on it.

If you have questions or are impacted, please open a case with the Support Team and we will work with you until this issue is resolved.

Summary: Customers might be unable to activate automatic offer approval

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

The mitigation is expected to complete by Tuesday, 2023-12-12 17:00 US/Pacific.

We will provide more information by Tuesday, 2023-12-12 17:00 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Customers are experiencing an error message "There was an issue turning on automatic approval, try again" when trying to set automatic approval on for private offers.

Workaround: None at the moment. If the issue is urgent, the customers may reach raise a case for the issue, asking us to manually set up the auto approval.
