Symptoms
A "Non-yielding Scheduler" condition may occur when you change the BUCKET_COUNT value for a large memory-optimized table in Microsoft SQL Server 2016.
Resolution
This fix is included in Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1.
