As whole the files were/are created for localhost under BSD/Linux - LAMP ... PHP 5.3
Don't forget to check your php.ini file for some purposes, it's generally necessary.
Requirements: PHP 5.3 to work all properly.
Under PHP5.4 PHP5.5 PHP5.6 is fine too as whole,
but maybe some files will not load :) e.g. the tool torrent2magnet
Some free webhostings will suspend your website,
and in some paid hostings some of the tools will not work too :)
but i'm lazy to describe you all about this, so excuse me pls :P
Well, just test on localhost. Before many years this website was hosted on my machine under freebsd&php.
Now under Linux Ubuntu.
Also the scripts have not been modified to work on Blogger.com and that's all folks :)
