「台灣開源法律網絡(英文全稱為Open Source Legal Network, Taiwan,簡稱為OSLN.tw)」是一個中立客觀,保障參與者個人資料的自由開源法律資訊分享網絡,同時亦為專職於自由開源合規工程及商展策略研擬的管理諮詢專案。
於資訊分享網絡面向,採用「Chatham House Rule規則」來讓參與者能安心分享自由開源軟體相關的授權資訊;於合規工程及商展策略研擬面向,就下列自由開源軟體管理特定議題,提供需求內部訓練課程,並就自由開源軟體授權特定議題,於締立合作關係之後,透過電子郵件、實體會議,或遠端連線會議的方式,來提供策略發展或開發流程管理的諮詢服務。

The ”Open Source Legal Network, Taiwan (OSLN.tw)” is a FOSS-oriented knowledge sharing project under the hosting sponsorship of the Open Culture Foundation. As a neutral interpersonal network, it is built to facilitate the sharing of information related to business intelligence of FOSS licenses in the Chinese-speaking world. As a dedicated FOSS outreach and promotion project in the intellectual property area, the managers and legal specialists of the OSLN.tw also provide analysis and consultation service for the FOSS licenses management.
In order to encourage openness and the sharing of information as more as possible, in the internal discussion forum the OSLN.tw applies “Chatham House Rule” as its conducting principle. Therefore, participants in the forum are free to use the information received in the network, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of any other participant, may be revealed. On the other side, it aims to benefit software engineers, in-house counsels, and policy makers both in the communities and enterprises as well as a service provider focused on the FOSS management topics. when the cooperation contract has been signed between the concerned party and the OSLN.tw, the FOSS related topics of training courses listed below could be delivered by the entrusted members of OSLN.tw.
