Visionary Board of Directors

As CEO, Balaji Yelamanchili brings more than two decades of experience as an operating executive and investor in high-growth software companies. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Symantec’s Enterprise Security Business Unit. Prior to Symantec, he oversaw business analytics and enterprise performance management products at Oracle as Senior Vice President. He has also held executive positions at EMC Corporation, Documentum Inc., and Rational Software, now part of IBM. Balaji holds an M.S. in Engineering from the Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Govind Anand is a principal in the PSG Boston office. Previously, he was an investor with Spectrum Equity, a Boston- and San Francisco-based growth equity firm, where he focused on investments in the software, healthcare IT and data & information services sectors. While at Spectrum Equity, Govind served on the board of Tenstreet and was a board observer at Verisys. He also worked in the technology mergers and acquisitions investment banking group at Barclays in New York.

Govind received a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he majored in finance and philosophy.

Neil Carew is a principal in the PSG Boston office. Previously, he was a director of value creation at Vista Consulting Group, an affiliate of Vista Equity Partners, where he focused on enterprise value creation across a portfolio of software technology investments. Prior to that, Neil worked with two Vista portfolio companies driving business transformation outcomes, coordinating mergers and acquisitions activities and leading proven operational strategies in marketing, sales, services, support and customer success. He was also a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers’s mergers and acquisitions advisory practice and began his career as an aeronautical engineer at Boeing.

Neil earned a Master of Business Administration in finance and strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Colin Anderson is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 25 years of experience. He is currently the SVP & CISO of Ceridian, a human resources management software company. He previously was the Global CISO for Levi Straus, and prior to that was the CISO for Safeway. He recently joined ThreatConnect's board of advisors and is also a board advisor for several other security companies as well as an investor.

Myrna Soto is the Founder and CEO of Apogee Executive Advisors LLC, a boutique consulting and advisory firm focusing on corporate governance, technology risk management, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, board service, and capital investments. Previously, she served as Chief Strategy and Trust Officer for Forcepoint, a global cybersecurity technology company. Myrna serves as an advisor to a number of privately held technology and cybersecurity organizations.

Patrick Joyce is the CSO of Medtronic, where he has spent nearly 18 years leading audit, IT, and security teams. Patrick is responsible for the company’s global cybersecurity and physical security programs and strategically guiding teams through the proper path toward creating a secure global posture. In addition to his time at Medtronic, Patrick assists early and mid-stage companies to guide product teams and strategies through go-to-market execution and delivering best-of-breed cyber solutions to the market.
